Field of Dreams is sponsoring a Fall Sports and Hat Day for Homecoming on Friday, October 3 (Preschool students will participate on Thursday, October 2). Students are encouraged to wear uniforms and jerseys, as well as a hat, to show their support for their favorite team—$1 to participate.

This morning, our students enjoyed a special visit from Jonathan D. Miller, author and creator of The Adventures of Sammy the Wonder Dachshund. He shared how he creates illustrations using tiny pieces of cut paper, showed examples of his artwork, and read from his book, Sammy in Space, before answering student questions. We are excited to announce that our school has once again partnered with Smile Programs, the Mobile Dentists, to offer in-school dental care. The Mobile Dentists will visit Westfall Elementary School on September 29 and 30.
The dental services provided include a comprehensive exam, x-rays, cleaning, fluoride treatment, sealants (if necessary), and sometimes restorative care, such as fillings.

We’re excited to welcome Deputy Levi Freeman from the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office as our new School Resource Officer! Deputy Freeman will be joining Deputy Amann on campus and will primarily serve at Westfall Elementary. We look forward to the positive impact he’ll have on our students and school community!
Westfall Elementary is proud to continue our PBIS system, which encourages students to show Mustang PRIDE by being Prepared, Respectful Individuals Determined to Excel. Throughout the school year, students can earn tickets or points for positive behavior and use them to shop at our PBIS store.
In addition, each quarter brings a new incentive for students who consistently meet expectations. These rewards give students something exciting to look forward to while reinforcing positive choices in the classroom, restroom, hallways, cafeteria, recess, and bus.

Back-to-School Vaccine Clinic - Pickaway County Public Health will be holding a special vaccine clinic on Monday, August 18, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM at 110 Island Rd, Circleville.
They’ll be offering required school vaccines for Kindergarten, 7th Grade, and 12th Grade.

Welcome Back, Mustangs! Today, we kicked off the 2025–2026 school year by welcoming our preschoolers (and Clara, the class bunny!) along with students in grades 1–5 back to campus. Tomorrow, our kindergartners with last names beginning A–K will join the fun!
Update: Tom's Coffee Truck will not be visiting our high school during Open House this evening. However, we encourage you to check out our other food trucks on campus! A Kona Ice truck will be at the elementary school and another will arrive at the middle school later in the evening. Sidewalk Sandwich will also be at the elementary school.
