'Tis the season! Our third-grade students enjoyed a special field trip to the Ohio Theatre on Friday, where they had the opportunity to watch a live performance of The Nutcracker!

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year!”
Our WES Musical Mustangs had a wonderful time caroling at the local nursing homes! Thank you to the staff at Wyngate and Pickaway Manor for welcoming our students and allowing them to share a little holiday magic. Opportunities like these remind us what the season is truly about—sharing joy, kindness, and connection.

At the start of the fall season, Miss Wolfe’s students “tackled” an engaging project that brought football into the classroom. As part of their math lessons, students drafted NFL teams and tracked weekly team and quarterback statistics to build their data skills. They also practiced their writing by sending letters to the teams they drafted, choosing the Cincinnati Bengals as their official “class team” to follow throughout the season.
Kinsley had the honor of opening the package, which included a yearbook, a copy of the team chant, plenty of stickers, and a classroom flag. Thank you to the Cincinnati Bengals for making our day!

Students were fascinated to learn that the crops grown in our own local fields support people around the world through a variety of uses, including food, fuel, and fabric. Thank you, Mr. Ruff, for visiting and spending your time with us yesterday.

Mr. Payne’s class invites fathers, grandfathers, or any special father figure to join the class for an engaging, memorable classroom workshop. The workshop involves reading a favorite children’s book and helping with a simple craft project.
This initiative celebrates the role fathers play in their children’s lives and encourages their involvement in our school community. Thank you, Mr. Henson, for joining us!
