Our 4th-grade students had an amazing opportunity to explore the Ohio Statehouse today and gained a first-hand understanding of the functioning and decision-making processes of the state government.

In observance of Presidents Day, there will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, February 19, 2024. All classes will resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

WES 2nd graders will be presenting a pirate themed program titled "Shiver Me Letters" based off of the book by the same title.
Batten down the hatches and hoist the sails because you're not going to want to miss this!


Mr. Biedenharn and several members of the WHS Band hosted an instrument demo for our 5th-grade students this morning. They learned more about the different instruments available to them in middle & high school. They will have a chance to be fitted for the perfect instrument at our upcoming Instrument Fitting and Parent Meeting on March 21 at 5:00 PM in the MS Band Room. More information will follow in the next few weeks.

BOOK FAIR! Visit the Westfall Elementary stage from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM this week! Get ready to shop lots of great titles while supporting our school library! The Book Fair will also be open during Friday's Friendship Parties from 2:15-3:00 PM. See you there!

WES Friendship Parties will be held on Friday, February 16, from 2:15-3 PM. If attending your student's party, please arrive at the front office at 2:15 PM to receive your visitor pass.

It's the 100th day of school, and students in Mrs. Stonerock's kindergarten class had a fun-filled day with activities in all content areas related to 100!

Several students completed their application/interview process and have officially started training with Atomic Credit Union! Exciting things are happening at Westfall! During their training, student employees learned various skills: transaction processing, accuracy, organization, and confidentiality when dealing with accounts.
The ACU training staff complimented our student-run employees on their enthusiasm, focus, and overall positive behaviors during their interviews and job training.
